How have these lessons helped you understand English better?
I think two things especially mattered to me: this teacher has a gift to explain grammar so that I really got it and knew how to use it, secondly, he taught me many nice phrases I can use & understand.
What part of the lessons do you like the most?
In fact, all of them. Which I hated the most was the end!
How does the teacher make learning easier for you?
I didn't feel I was learning. I felt I was having fun, laughing a lot, having some interesting conversations on issues I like.
How has your confidence in using English changed since starting these lessons?
Jamie made me believe I can talk smoothly and fluently, praises me a lot, noticed when I used some new words, corrected in the way I didn't feel embarrassed.
What would you tell a friend about these English lessons?
I wouldn't imagine learning would be such a pleasure, and a teacher so great, funny and competent at the same time!

The biggest difference I’ve noticed over the past two years is the variety of topics we've had the opportunity to discuss. This has really broadened my understanding and helped me improve across different areas of English.
What part of the lessons do you like the most?
I wouldn't say I have a favourite part, which might surprise you, but I like all of them because they cover different aspects of the language. The common factor in all of the lessons is that they are personalised based on feedback and preferences, aimed at improving the skills I specifically need.

Let’s be clear—no one can help you if you’re not willing to learn, but with Jamie’s personality and dedication, he makes the learning journey exciting and easier. As a teacher, he's top-notch, but he's also much more than that. Be prepared for engaging discussions about geopolitics, geography, Tolkien, video games, books, travel, and more—you'll be amazed by how knowledgeable he is. The atmosphere in our lessons is always great, and it’s nothing like the boring school environment.
How has your confidence in using English changed since starting these lessons?
Since starting these lessons, my confidence in using English has significantly increased. I feel much more comfortable speaking, writing, and engaging in conversations on a variety of topics. Jamie’s guidance has really helped me step out of my comfort zone and improve my skills.
What would you tell a friend about these English lessons?
I would tell a friend that these lessons are not just about learning English but about enjoying the process. Jamie makes the lessons engaging and tailored to your needs, so you feel like you're constantly growing, not just in language skills but in knowledge about a wide range of topics.
